About The Lost Gourmand
Aloha fellow web influencers, social-media gurus, internet surfers and chillers. I am so excited to pen my first blog post, and practically my fingers are tingling as I type. Apologies to all grammar Nazis for possible grammar crimes to creep up ahead.
You may be wondering who is The Lost Gourmand: The Lost Gourmand is me, Thandokazi Magopheni, better known as Thando and I am from a small city called Port Elizabeth in South Africa and in case you were wondering, I don't own a pet tiger in my backyard but I do attend college with monkeys (seriously, my university is on a nature reserve). I am an Accounting student by day (and night) and aspiring food and travel blogger in my spare time.
I've had the privilege of travelling around the world, exploring different cultures and foods. I have an insatiable love for food and travel thus I definitely want to share this with people.
The blog will definitely give you some insight on great restaurants and places I have visited. In addition, will give you some travel and restaurant food tips as well.
